These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lindseya.com, buildandmonetizeagency.com, and our booking pages, forms, and complimentary strategy calls, offered by Web Impakt Inc., doing business as The Build and Monetize Agency ("The BAM Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Our website, calls, and services are intended for business owners and professionals who are at least 18 years old. By booking, you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
The strategy call is a complimentary conversation with Lindsey Anderson or a member of our team. Its purpose is to understand your business, share perspective, and determine whether working together makes sense.
Calls are booked through our online calendar. If you can’t make it, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation. If you miss a call without notice, we may decline to book another.
Calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized using AI-powered tools, as described in our Privacy Policy. We’ll tell you at the start of the call if it is being recorded. If you don’t want to be recorded, tell us and we’ll turn it off. Staying on a call after being told it is recorded means you consent to the recording.
By booking, you agree that we may contact you by email about your call and our services. If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Anything we share on the website, in our content, or on a call is for general information and is based on our experience. It is not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, and execution. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, number of clients, or business outcome. Any examples of results are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
We treat what you share about your business on a call as confidential and won’t share it publicly or use it in our marketing without your written permission. If you need to share information that requires formal protection, let us know before the call so we can put a signed agreement in place.

You agree not to misuse our website or booking tools, including by submitting false information, booking calls to solicit or sell to us, attempting to access systems you’re not authorized to access, or interfering with the site’s operation.
Our site and booking process rely on third-party tools (such as scheduling, video conferencing, and payment providers) and may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Your use of them is subject to their terms.
The website and complimentary calls are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The BAM Agency, Web Impakt Inc., and their owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or a complimentary call. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or a complimentary call will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold The BAM Agency and Web Impakt Inc. harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or book calls after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
